One new Google feature is Google Instant. It brings up results as your typing your query. It is said to "predict" your search and bring it up before your finished typing. This saves a lot of time and makes searching easier.

Results appear instantly while you type which helps you with a broad search especially if you don't know exactly what you are searching for.
